Book by Thomas Meehan Music by Charles Strouse Lyrics by Martin Charnin

With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s heart in 1930s New York City. She escapes the orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan and sets out to find her parents. During her fun-filled adventures in the wondrous world of the Big Apple, she manages to thwart Hannigan’s evil machinations, befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt and captures the heart of billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.
